Murray Lauchlan Commercial property work has been Murray's specialisation for the last 20 years and he heads the commercial team. He acts for many organisations with large property portfolios and undertakes market value, rental assessment and negotiation, insurance and financial reporting valuations, along with providing ad hoc property consultancy services Murray is currently involved in Rotary and has been on numerous sporting committees in the past, with a current passion for lowering his golfing handicap. |

Rhonda Muir Commercial valuations in Richmond and Nelson CBD are Rhonda's specialist areas. She joined Duke & Cooke in early 2006, returning to her Nelson-Marlborough origins with over 18 years valuation experience that includes Wellington, Sydney and commercial/industrial portfolio consultancy in London. Rhonda also provides insurance valuations, asset management and portfolio management consultancy. Rhonda's interests include trail running, squash and music. |

Ian Wallace Assisting in the commercial sector is Ian Wallace. Ian was a forest valuer and consultant for the 25 years before graduating from Massey with a Diploma in business studies with a focus on land valuation. Ian is the only registered valuer in New Zealand who is also a registered forestry consultant. Ian's interests include soccer, running and wine tasting. |

He has considerable experience in litigation work and has appeared as an expert witness in the High Court, District Court, Environment Court and in planning hearings. Dick also has extensive expertise in the area of compensation. |

Shaun Poole Assisting in the rural sector is our newest Graduate Valuer, Shaun Poole who has come to Nelson from Taranaki. Shaun has recently graduated from Massey University in Palmerston North with a Bachelor of Business Studies and is interested in rural and residential valuation. Shaun's interests include rugby, tennis and socialising. |
